Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Arseny Symanovich took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Arseny Symanovich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th match minute, Minsk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Svetapolk Rubanovich to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Igor Puzankevich managed to get in a good position for a shot. Golders Green's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Puzankevich was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentin Bychkov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Igor Puzankevich came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Golders Green fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Puzankevich couldn't finish the play. Rastislav Koltsov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arseny Symanovich in the 24th minute of the match. After 25 minutes, Fedor Kudryashov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Minsk and the Golders Green players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Golders Green booed when Minsk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fedor Kudryashov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arseny Symanovich sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 34 minutes into the game, Kuzma Shydlovsky was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Golders Green's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Minsk the free kick. 36 minutes into the match, Golders Green's goal looked a bit too open when Arseny Symanovich came free, but Rastislav Koltsov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Golders Green's Patap Fadeev got a free kick in the 37th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Igor Puzankevich to make the kick off. Rastislav Koltsov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arseny Symanovich in the 58th minute. Valentin Bychkov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Viktor Saveliev's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. With a little luck, Golders Green's Rastislav Koltsov got control of the ball when Fedor Kudryashov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fedor Kudryashov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Rastislav Koltsov managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Minsk's Fedor Kudryashov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 84 minutes into the match, Golders Green's goal looked a bit too open when Arseny Symanovich came free, but Rastislav Koltsov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Svetapolk Rubanovich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rastislav Koltsov having to interfere. Viktor Saveliev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Bychkov having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
