Branimir Lingorski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Grigor Santurdzhiev having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kostadin Sendov in the 34th minute of play forced CSKA Gancovec's goalkeeper Grigor Santurdzhiev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tzvetomir Mihalkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Yani Piskuliyski fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Vlado Glavinov, passed just outside the right post. Tzvetomir Mihalkov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Vlado Glavinov made a huge save. 46 minutes into the game, Yordan Pilyov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CSKA Murtatliy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CSKA Gancovec the free kick. Yordan Pilyov hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. If Tzvetomir Mihalkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yani Piskuliyski made a kick off. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind CSKA Gancovec's goalkeeper Grigor Santurdzhiev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of CSKA Murtatliy booed when CSKA Gancovec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogdan Topuzliyski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Despite this Grigor Santurdzhiev quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 89th minute, Tzvetomir Mihalkov made a precise shot to the right of Vlado Glavinov. CSKA Murtatliy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After having played for 92 minutes, Kostadin Sendov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CSKA Murtatliy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kostadin Sendov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Branimir Lingorski came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the CSKA Murtatliy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Branimir Lingorski couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the CSKA Murtatliy players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CSKA Gancovec.
