Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Grigor Dzherov kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, FC Tornado's goal looked a bit too open when Venelin Uvaliev came free, but Bayan Mutashki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Bozhin Barabankov came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the FC Tornado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bozhin Barabankov couldn't finish the play. 7 minutes into the game, one of FC Amatlar:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Andrey Zyumbyulev shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 11 minutes into the match, FC Tornado's Grigor Dzherov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fotyo Yotkov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bozhin Barabankov struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Fotyo Yotkov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Tornado. 15 minutes into the match, FC Tornado's Grigor Dzherov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fotyo Yotkov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Tornado's attack was well implemented in the 19th minute, but when Grigor Dzherov was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Fotyo Yotkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bozhin Barabankov, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute Venelin Uvaliev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bayan Mutashki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bozhin Barabankov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grigor Dzherov struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Venelin Uvaliev was the one to do the kick off. Grigor Dzherov had several of the FC Amatlar's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 52 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-1 score and a disappointed Fotyo Yotkov as he didn't even see the shot coming. After having played for 56 minutes, Bozhin Barabankov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Tornado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bozhin Barabankov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 57 minutes into the game, FC Tornado's Grigor Dzherov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fotyo Yotkov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 62 minutes into the match, Grigor Dzherov dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fotyo Yotkov, 0-3. When Angel Hadzhililov fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Tornado's protests and gave Angel Hadzhililov a yellow card for diving instead. Angel Hadzhililov hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the game, FC Tornado's Grigor Dzherov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fotyo Yotkov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Venelin Uvaliev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, FC Tornado's goal looked a bit too open when Venelin Uvaliev came free, but Bayan Mutashki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fotyo Yotkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bozhin Barabankov in the 85th minute of play. With an all-out effort, FC Tornado's Fotyo Yotkov threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Grigor Dzherov, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 86th minute, Grigor Dzherov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Tornado fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Donyo Vúrgolomov's late challenge caught a FC Tornado's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donyo Vúrgolomov helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC Tornado booed when FC Amatlar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donyo Vúrgolomov didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Grigor Dzherov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the final whistle sounded FC Tornado left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Amatlar.
