Velko Vladev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Benkovsky OLE OLEOLEOLE's Levent Piralkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tencho Nakov in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute Temelko Dankov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Levent Piralkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Velko Vladev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chavdar Dikovski in the 26th minute of the match. After 30 minutes, Temelko Dankov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CSKA Yuchur and the Benkovsky OLE OLEOLEOLE players grew even worse after the yellow card. Temelko Dankov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Levent Piralkov having to interfere. Benkovsky OLE OLEOLEOLE's Levent Piralkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tencho Nakov in the 45th minute of play. Sílvio Velasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th match minute, Benkovsky OLE OLEOLEOLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikifor Strugarov to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tencho Nakov made a kick off. If Roger Felin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Benkovsky OLE OLEOLEOLE's Rostislav Kalinchekov slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Velko Vladev. That made the score 1-3 after 86 minutes of play.
