Krasimir Zotov charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Krasimir Zotov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Krasimir Zotov kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Danail Runevski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Velin Zachev went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 12th minute, Anatoli Kúrparov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Zheko Panayotov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danail Runevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Velin Zachev in the 23rd minute of the match. Velin Zachev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Danail Runevski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sasho Ivchev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zheko Panayotov in the 29th minute. Sasho Ivchev made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Zheko Panayotov sent off a good shot on target. If Krasimir Zotov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krasimir Zotov in the 39th minute of play forced FC kapiata's goalkeeper Danail Runevski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Yagodinovo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Krasimir Zotov to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes Krasimir Zotov rounded FC kapiata's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. 65 minutes into the match, FC kapiata's goalkeeper Danail Runevski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Velin Zachev. FC kapiata's Danail Runevski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krasimir Zotov in the 67th minute of play. If Zheko Panayotov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Krasimir Zotov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yagodinovo's supporters rose to their feet, but Krasimir Zotov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danail Runevski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Krasimir Zotov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Danail Runevski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Krasimir Zotov's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. With a little luck, FC kapiata's Danail Runevski got control of the ball when Velin Zachev tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Velin Zachev got free with Danail Runevski in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Krasimir Zotov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danail Runevski having to interfere.
