Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bilyan Balov got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Luvovete Plovdiv's Rumen Mantov got a free kick in the 8th minute. Bilyan Balov took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stoil Angeliev. Stoil Angeliev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Georgi Gindev fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Luvovete Plovdiv's protests and gave Georgi Gindev a yellow card for diving instead. Georgi Gindev kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Rumen Mantov hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iliyan Dashev got free with Genadi Choevski in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Genadi Choevski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tzanyo Dzhuranov went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 33 played minutes FC Gubesch got a freekick which was hit by Iliyan Dashev. Stoil Angeliev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bilyan Balov's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Iliyan Dashev who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Genadi Choevski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tzanyo Dzhuranov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Tzanyo Dzhuranov managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Gubesch's supporters rose to their feet, but Tzanyo Dzhuranov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Genadi Choevski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Gubesch's Tzanyo Dzhuranov got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Genadi Choevski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iliyan Dashev, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Stoyadin Chureshki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stoil Angeliev having to interfere. FC Gubesch's Stoil Angeliev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bilyan Balov in the 73rd minute of play. With a little luck, FC Gubesch's Stoil Angeliev got control of the ball when Bilyan Balov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Genadi Choevski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tzanyo Dzhuranov in the 78th minute of play. Bilyan Balov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Stoil Angeliev when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Bilyan Balov came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Luvovete Plovdiv fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bilyan Balov couldn't finish the play. Sergey Zhezhov made in the 91st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Tzanyo Dzhuranov immediately put the ball in play. Bilyan Balov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stoil Angeliev having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Luvovete Plovdiv's goal looked a bit too open when Tzanyo Dzhuranov came free, but Genadi Choevski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The FC Gubesch support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
