The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Vaklin Tasev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Black Sea fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Milen Deykov kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Sorin Balotă managed to get in a good position for a shot. Black Sea's supporters rose to their feet, but Sorin Balotă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 64th minute, Vaklin Tasev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Black Sea's Kosta Gerilovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dafin Yahlev in the 76th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Bozhin Dimchevski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vlado Fakirov took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kosta Gerilovski. Black Sea's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Vaklin Tasev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Venelin Tzonkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Black Sea could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Atletik Sofia throughout the match.
