The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Adam Hadzhiolov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genadi Butev in the 3rd minute of play. After 5 minutes, Lilko Stanin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ©Breznik AFC® and the Kovachevtsi players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 8 minutes, Tervel Gugov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kovachevtsi and the ©Breznik AFC® players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tinko Vaklev, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Nikolay Babev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adam Hadzhiolov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tzvetelin Dzhoganov in the 15th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kovachevtsi's zone, Nikolay Babev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dimitar Rozev came out of the goal and Nikolay Babev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tinko Vaklev in the 19th minute of play forced Kovachevtsi's goalkeeper Dimitar Rozev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Tinko Vaklev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitar Rozev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dimitar Rozev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tinko Vaklev's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kovachevtsi's zone, Nikolay Babev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dimitar Rozev came out of the goal and Nikolay Babev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adam Hadzhiolov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genadi Butev in the 33rd minute of play. Dimitar Rozev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nikolay Babev in the 35th minute. Adam Hadzhiolov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denislav Radomirov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 played minutes ©Breznik AFC® got a freekick which was hit by Yanko Shindarov. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tzvetelin Dzhoganov in the 45th minute of play forced ©Breznik AFC®'s goalkeeper Adam Hadzhiolov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute Tzvetelin Dzhoganov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Hadzhiolov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Nikolay Babev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tinko Vaklev in the 64th minute of play forced Kovachevtsi's goalkeeper Dimitar Rozev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lilko Stanin kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Ognyan Misliev hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. The supporters of ©Breznik AFC® booed when Kovachevtsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genadi Butev didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd match minute, Kovachevtsi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stoimen Velinov to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the match, ©Breznik AFC®'s Nikolay Babev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dimitar Rozev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dafin Hadzhiev's late challenge caught a ©Breznik AFC®'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dafin Hadzhiev helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 77 minutes, Bozhil Kratunkov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ©Breznik AFC®'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Bozhil Kratunkov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lilko Stanin was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Kovachevtsi booed when ©Breznik AFC® was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lilko Stanin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adam Hadzhiolov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tzvetelin Dzhoganov went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Tinko Vaklev hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. A collision led to ©Breznik AFC® getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Nikolay Babev hit a great ball. Adam Hadzhiolov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Denislav Radomirov in the 87th minute. The supporters of ©Breznik AFC® booed when Kovachevtsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tzvetelin Dzhoganov didn't get a good kick on the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Kovachevtsi's Denislav Radomirov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adam Hadzhiolov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kovachevtsi eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
