Zhecho Vidulov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Csaba Gerebics in the 4th minute of play. Csaba Gerebics might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zhecho Vidulov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Csaba Gerebics ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Левски София 1914's Zhecho Vidulov got control of the ball when Albert Blomquist tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Левски София 1914 booed when CSKA Resselez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nenko Chilov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute, Yuli Kúrpachev sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and CSKA Resselez's Zaquiel Padilla didn't even have to move. A collision led to Левски София 1914 getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Denimir Shkutov hit a great ball. In the 27th minute, Левски София 1914's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Albert Blomquist fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Csaba Gerebics kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zhecho Vidulov. That made the score 2-0 in the 28 minute of play. Zhecho Vidulov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albert Blomquist in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, CSKA Resselez's goal looked a bit too open when Yuli Kúrpachev came free, but Zaquiel Padilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Denimir Shkutov fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Левски София 1914's protests and gave Denimir Shkutov a yellow card for diving instead. Denimir Shkutov hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Csaba Gerebics sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 36 minutes of play, CSKA Resselez's Albert Blomquist made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zhecho Vidulov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mario Mirazchiyski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zaquiel Padilla having to interfere. Zhecho Vidulov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Csaba Gerebics, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Csaba Gerebics in the 47th minute of play forced Левски София 1914's goalkeeper Zhecho Vidulov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Mario Mirazchiyski made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes CSKA Resselez got a freekick which was hit by Boncho Shirov. Mario Mirazchiyski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zaquiel Padilla came out and tried to block the shot, but Mario Mirazchiyski slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 58th minute. Zhecho Vidulov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Csaba Gerebics, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yuli Kúrpachev got free with Zaquiel Padilla in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by CSKA Resselez's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Yuli Kúrpachev was slow to take the kick. During this time Левски София 1914's players had a chance to rest. Csaba Gerebics struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Zhecho Vidulov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CSKA Resselez. 77 minutes into the match, Левски София 1914's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Blomquist came free, but Zhecho Vidulov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Csaba Gerebics ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zhecho Vidulov was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. After some careless play in the Левски София 1914 defense, Albert Blomquist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zhecho Vidulov. The Левски София 1914 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zhecho Vidulov should have stopped the shot. Zhecho Vidulov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Blomquist in the 92nd minute of the match.
