The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of CSKA Resselez booed when Kayalu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boncho Zaev didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 6 played minutes CSKA Resselez got a freekick which was hit by Albert Blomquist. Boncho Zaev hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Xabier Felice managed to, on his own, get straight through Kayalu FC's defense and in the 9th minute placed the ball to the left of Iliyan Yavrichev. 1-0. A collision led to Kayalu FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Kristiyan Petrichev hit a great ball. Mincho Derlipanski hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xabier Felice got free with Iliyan Yavrichev in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iliyan Yavrichev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Csaba Gerebics in the 14th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mincho Derlipanski during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 18 played minutes Kayalu FC got a freekick which was hit by Mincho Derlipanski. The supporters of CSKA Resselez booed when Kayalu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beloslav Panicherski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albert Blomquist's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Iliyan Yavrichev firmly grabbed it by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as CSKA Resselez's Csaba Gerebics slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iliyan Yavrichev. That made the score 3-0 after 35 minutes of play. Albert Blomquist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd play minute Albert Blomquist came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Iliyan Yavrichev. 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Mincho Derlipanski was shown his second yellow card after 52 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Mincho Derlipanski kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kayalu FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Xabier Felice was slow to take the kick. During this time CSKA Resselez's players had a chance to rest. The corner led CSKA Resselez's Xabier Felice to fire away a dangerous shot which Iliyan Yavrichev despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Kristiyan Petrichev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Vanyo Butzev fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kayalu FC's protests and gave Vanyo Butzev a yellow card for diving instead. Xabier Felice recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of CSKA Resselez booed when Kayalu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beloslav Panicherski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Csaba Gerebics received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Iliyan Yavrichev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iliyan Yavrichev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Blomquist in the 74th minute of the match. Boncho Zaev hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute, Albert Blomquist made a precise shot to the right of Iliyan Yavrichev. Kayalu FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Csaba Gerebics fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iliyan Yavrichev having to interfere. In the 89th minute Boncho Shirov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iliyan Yavrichev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute of the match CSKA Resselez got a corner. Kayalu FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Xabier Felice ran over to the corner to take the kick. Boncho Shirov kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. There was no doubt that CSKA Resselez were the better team. CSKA Resselez's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
