Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Arsen Kobiashvili got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind East Cowes's goalkeeper Valiko Andrzheevskiy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mark Ee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrey Andrzheevskiy, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After a rather tough play, East Cowes's Amiran Pilievi got a free kick in the 19th minute. Sachino Londaridze blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mark Ee having to make a save. Valiko Andrzheevskiy made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Arsen Kobiashvili sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Valiko Andrzheevskiy managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Georgian F.C.'s Arsen Kobiashvili fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Valiko Andrzheevskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dato Arveladze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in East Cowes's zone, Bidzina Sulakvidze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valiko Andrzheevskiy came out of the goal and Bidzina Sulakvidze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Arsen Kobiashvili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arsen Kobiashvili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Valiko Andrzheevskiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sachino Londaridze was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute, Valeri Levidze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 58 played minutes East Cowes got a freekick which was hit by Marat Pulishvili. Bidzina Sulakvidze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrey Andrzheevskiy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mark Ee having to interfere. Amiran Pilievi's late challenge caught a Georgian F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amiran Pilievi helped the player get up and apologised. Amiran Pilievi hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Sabir Pulishvili's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valiko Andrzheevskiy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to Georgian F.C. getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Arsen Kobiashvili hit a great ball. The excitement rose when Georgian F.C.'s Taka Jachvadze after 72 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for East Cowes's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 1-1. Bidzina Sulakvidze received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Valiko Andrzheevskiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Georgian F.C. failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
