Väkil Güläliyev hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Känan Azakov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 10 played minutes Tärtär PFK got a freekick which was hit by Yusif Xasiyev. Salam Älizadä recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Qara Ağabäyov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Fäzayil Xudadbalıyev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tärtär PFK's Väkil Güläliyev got a free kick in the 18th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Tärtär PFK's zone, Salam Älizadä stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Äliqulu Cäfärov came out of the goal and Salam Älizadä tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Äliqulu Cäfärov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Salam Älizadä went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 25 minutes into the match, Tärtär PFK's goal looked a bit too open when Känan Azakov came free, but Äliqulu Cäfärov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 28 minutes, Känan Azakov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xızı PFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Känan Azakov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yusif Xälilov hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After having played for 36 minutes, Känan Azakov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xızı PFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Känan Azakov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Äliqulu Cäfärov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salam Älizadä, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Känan Azakov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When Väkil Güläliyev was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 53 minutes had been played. The supporters of Xızı PFC booed when Tärtär PFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Väkil Güläliyev didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ayaz Adişirinov during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 57 played minutes Xızı PFC got a freekick which was hit by Ayaz Adişirinov. Qara Ağabäyov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. After some careless play in the Tärtär PFK defense, Känan Azakov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Äliqulu Cäfärov. The Tärtär PFK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Äliqulu Cäfärov should have stopped the shot. Älibaba Zeydiyev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Qara Ağabäyov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Salam Älizadä fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Äliqulu Cäfärov having to interfere. Salam Älizadä ran back to his position shaking his head. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Xızı PFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
