Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Xırdalan Birliyi's Arzuman Abdurähmanov started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramiz Babakişiyev during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ramiz Babakişiyev kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Cavanşir Odunov shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Phil Tonnochy made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Rämzi Zeynälzadä sent off a good shot on target. After 13 minutes Xırdalan Birliyi's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cavanşir Odunov who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Zengezur's Qärib Äşräfov getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. If Niyazi Yolçiyev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Haydar İsmet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Näsib Utanov came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Zengezur's Haydar İsmet. But to his dismay, Haydar İsmet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Phil Tonnochy made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Niyazi Yolçiyev sent off a good shot on target. Şahin Ağankäri might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Näsib Utanov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Şahin Ağankäri ran back to his position shaking his head. Näsib Utanov came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Zengezur's Şahin Ağankäri. But to his dismay, Şahin Ağankäri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Näsib Utanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cavanşir Odunov, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Şahin Ağankäri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Näsib Utanov. Xırdalan Birliyi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Şahin Ağankäri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After some careless play in the Xırdalan Birliyi defense, Şahin Ağankäri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Näsib Utanov. The Xırdalan Birliyi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Näsib Utanov should have stopped the shot. Näsib Utanov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şahin Ağankäri in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Haydar İsmet was the one to do the kick off. Cavanşir Odunov might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Näsib Utanov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cavanşir Odunov ran back to his position shaking his head. 55 minutes into the game, Haydar İsmet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Näsib Utanov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hidayät Albänzadä during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th minute, one of Xırdalan Birliyi:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Xırdalan Birliyi. When the match had been going on for 59 minutes, Zengezur's Cavanşir Odunov got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Näsib Utanov. After 72 played minutes Cavanşir Odunov rounded Xırdalan Birliyi's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-7. Şahin Ağankäri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Näsib Utanov having to interfere. Näsib Utanov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Şahin Ağankäri in the 86th minute. After having played for 92 minutes, Şahin Ağankäri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zengezur's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şahin Ağankäri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Xırdalan Birliyi's Yunis Bähramov got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Haydar İsmet's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Näsib Utanov firmly grabbed it by the left post. The Zengezur supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Zengezur would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
