The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Surbiton's supporters rose to their feet, but Behrouz Hatami was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hesam Parvin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Shaya Daneshjou made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Mehrab Parsivand sent off a good shot on target. In the 11th match minute, Chelmsford City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Behnam Taheri to maneuver through the defense. Mohsen Memarzadeh kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Surbiton's Shaya Daneshjou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Surbiton from getting a goal against them. Chelmsford City's Hesam Parvin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Behrouz Hatami in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sattar Montazeri in the 19th minute of play forced Surbiton's goalkeeper Shaya Daneshjou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21stth minute of the game Sattar Montazeri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Surbiton's Shaya Daneshjou was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sattar Montazeri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Shaya Daneshjou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Behnam Taheri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shaya Daneshjou having to interfere. A collision led to Surbiton getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Mehdi Faryadshiran hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Zartosht Khalatbari managed to get in a good position for a shot. Surbiton's supporters rose to their feet, but Zartosht Khalatbari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hesam Parvin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 37 minutes, Behnam Taheri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Behrouz Hatami was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Chelmsford City's zone, Behrouz Hatami stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hesam Parvin came out of the goal and Behrouz Hatami tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 74 minutes into the match, Zartosht Khalatbari notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Chelmsford City's Hesam Parvin. Hesam Parvin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sattar Montazeri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Shaya Daneshjou having to make a save. In the 79th minute, Behnam Taheri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chelmsford City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Behnam Taheri struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Shaya Daneshjou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chelmsford City. Sattar Montazeri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shaya Daneshjou having to interfere. Shaya Daneshjou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehrab Parsivand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Surbiton's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
