Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Waheed Baroun took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Margate FC's Waheed Baroun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oun Al Dosery narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mazen Ghadhanfer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jassem Dashti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the game, Sari Bahroh was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Margate FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave North Shields the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in North Shields's zone, Waheed Baroun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oun Al Dosery came out of the goal and Waheed Baroun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bandar Al Qattamy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. North Shields's Oun Al Dosery played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karem Al Zamel in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Zahid Al Sallal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Adham Al Saffar fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Margate FC's protests and gave Adham Al Saffar a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Margate FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Adham Al Saffar hit a great ball. In the 26thth minute of the game Jassem Dashti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Margate FC's Mazen Ghadhanfer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Margate FC's Sari Bahroh got a free kick in the 27th minute. When Adham Al Saffar was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 29 minutes had been played. In the 30th match minute, Margate FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adham Al Saffar to maneuver through the defense. Zahid Al Sallal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, Zahid Al Sallal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bandar Al Qattamy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oun Al Dosery having to make a save. 40 minutes into the match, North Shields's goalkeeper Oun Al Dosery had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bandar Al Qattamy. 41 minutes into the game, Karem Al Zamel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Oun Al Dosery was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 46th minute Zahid Al Sallal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mazen Ghadhanfer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jassem Dashti to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, Margate FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bandar Al Qattamy to maneuver through the defense. North Shields's Zahid Al Sallal got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bandar Al Qattamy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Oun Al Dosery tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Jassem Dashti managed to get in a good position for a shot. North Shields's supporters rose to their feet, but Jassem Dashti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mazen Ghadhanfer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mazen Ghadhanfer made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Zahid Al Sallal sent off a good shot on target. 76 minutes into the game, Zahid Al Sallal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Mazen Ghadhanfer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Zahid Al Sallal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Bandar Al Qattamy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bandar Al Qattamy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Oun Al Dosery tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Karem Al Zamel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
