Thanks to some nice moves Sultan Abo Al Hasan could shoot a difficult shot in the 18th minute, which Mortada Al Ajmi however easily saved by the left post. In the 46th of the match, Barrak Al Holey tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Mortada Al Ajmi got in the way and made a wonderful save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
