The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Qutaiba Al Khames ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abdullah Al Mehana was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. With a little luck, Timperley's Abdullah Al Mehana got control of the ball when Qutaiba Al Khames tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Mosa Al Abdullah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute Mosa Al Abdullah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ebrahem Al Sallal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Qutaiba Al Khames fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdullah Al Mehana having to interfere. Abdullah Al Mehana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mnawer Al Dabos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Timperley's zone, Mnawer Al Dabos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdullah Al Mehana came out of the goal and Mnawer Al Dabos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Teign FC's Mnawer Al Dabos in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Timperley's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Timperley's zone, Qutaiba Al Khames stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdullah Al Mehana came out of the goal and Qutaiba Al Khames tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Qutaiba Al Khames's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdullah Al Mehana was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Teign FC's Qutaiba Al Khames got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Qutaiba Al Khames fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdullah Al Mehana having to interfere. Qutaiba Al Khames sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Meqdad Bahbhani struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Ebrahem Al Sallal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Timperley. A collision led to Teign FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Adnan Al Zamel hit a great ball. Qutaiba Al Khames sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Mohammad Al Besher got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 88 minutes, Meqdad Bahbhani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Timperley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Meqdad Bahbhani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mosa Al Abdullah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 94 minutes, Qutaiba Al Khames managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Teign FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Qutaiba Al Khames was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Teign FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Timperley for a fine match.
