Abbas Al Bana hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Jarah Al Khames sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Meteb Khaja didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 14th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. After a rather tough play, South Woodford United's Nawaf Al Ramzi got a free kick in the 17th minute. Abbas Al Mulaifi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seraj Al Jalahma in the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, Seraj Al Jalahma cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Abbas Al Mulaifi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abbas Al Mulaifi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Shaheen Shrean's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Mostafa Abol who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Meteb Khaja when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Abbas Al Mulaifi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seraj Al Jalahma in the 36th minute of play. Shaheen Shrean's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abbas Al Mulaifi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. A collision led to South Woodford United getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Falah Ashkanani hit a great ball. If Shaheen Shrean had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mostafa Abol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meteb Khaja having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jarah Al Khames to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind South Woodford United's goalkeeper Abbas Al Mulaifi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 56 minutes, Falah Ashkanani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the South Woodford United and the Boston FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to South Woodford United getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Falah Ashkanani hit a great ball. Nawaf Al Ramzi hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the match, Boston FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mostafa Abol came free, but Meteb Khaja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Boston FC's Seraj Al Jalahma sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abbas Al Mulaifi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. South Woodford United's Abbas Al Mulaifi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seraj Al Jalahma in the 77th minute of play. South Woodford United's Mostafa Abol got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, South Woodford United's Abbas Al Mulaifi got control of the ball when Shaheen Shrean tried to sneak it across the goal line. During the 84th minute of the match Falah Ashkanani completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Falah Ashkanani a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Abbas Al Mulaifi came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Boston FC's Shaheen Shrean. But to his dismay, Shaheen Shrean quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The Boston FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
