In the 7thth minute of the game Emad Al Nasser who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buckingham's Sanad Al Naqi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fuad Al Khars didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ameer Al Amer went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Buckingham booed when Al Barsha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sobah Al Khaled didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute, Al Barsha's Emad Al Nasser dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Al Barsha's Emad Al Nasser got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Buckingham's Sanad Al Naqi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Buckingham from getting a goal against them. Sanad Al Naqi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emad Al Nasser in the 27th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Al Barsha's Mamdouh Shamsah dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Sanad Al Naqi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emad Al Nasser's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Al Barsha's Fuad Dashti broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Emad Al Nasser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Sanad Al Naqi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mamdouh Shamsah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th of the match, Emad Al Nasser tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Sanad Al Naqi got in the way and made a wonderful save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ameer Al Amer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hamad Al Kandere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fuad Al Khars having to interfere. Hamad Al Kandere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emad Al Nasser's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sanad Al Naqi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emad Al Nasser in the 75th minute of play forced Buckingham's goalkeeper Sanad Al Naqi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Buckingham's Sanad Al Naqi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emad Al Nasser in the 80th minute of play.
