The audience thought a goal was coming when Hamzah Bo Abbas got free with Eriberto Amorim in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Ras al-Jaima Al Ain FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Oun Al Youha hit a great ball. 7 minutes into the match, Al Shabab Al Arabi Club's goalkeeper Eriberto Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mosaed Al Sohali. 10 minutes into the match, Al Shabab Al Arabi Club's goal looked a bit too open when Hamzah Bo Abbas came free, but Eriberto Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Ras al-Jaima Al Ain FC defense, Edrees Al Hashash kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tolek Owsiak. The Ras al-Jaima Al Ain FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tolek Owsiak should have stopped the shot. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After 36 played minutes Sari Bo Hamad rounded Al Shabab Al Arabi Club's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-1. Al Shabab Al Arabi Club's Eriberto Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Al Shabab Al Arabi Club from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute of the match, Ebrahem Al Mulaifi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eriberto Amorim was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Eriberto Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamzah Bo Abbas in the 45th minute of the match. Tolek Owsiak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saleh Al Dabos in the 47th minute of the match. Eriberto Amorim came out of the goal and Hamzah Bo Abbas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute, Ebrahem Al Mulaifi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Al Shabab Al Arabi Club's Tolek Owsiak threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Saleh Al Dabos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 62 minutes into the match, Ras al-Jaima Al Ain FC's goal looked a bit too open when Esmael Al Jalahma came free, but Tolek Owsiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eriberto Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamzah Bo Abbas in the 64th minute of the match. Hamzah Bo Abbas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Eriberto Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Al Shabab Al Arabi Club's Basel Al Sharaf got a free kick in the 84th minute. Al Shabab Al Arabi Club's Eriberto Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamzah Bo Abbas in the 85th minute of play. In the 88th minute Sari Bo Hamad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Eyad Al Asuosi made a precise shot to the right of Eriberto Amorim. Al Shabab Al Arabi Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. The supporters of Ras al-Jaima Al Ain FC booed when Al Shabab Al Arabi Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Qasem Al Mofede didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, Sari Bo Hamad sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Al Shabab Al Arabi Club's Eriberto Amorim didn't even have to move. Al Shabab Al Arabi Club's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
