Eriberto Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bassam Al Khars in the 12th minute of the match. Saleh Al Dabos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Al Mosawe having to interfere. Fared Al Shaikh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bassam Al Khars took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eriberto Amorim. Eriberto Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. A throw-in in the 30th minute of the game was made by Qasem Al Mofede with Fakher Dashti as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Al Shabab Al Arabi Club's much stronger midfield.
