Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Artem Korotkov made the kick off and thus started the match. Venedikt Konstantinov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artem Korotkov in the 4th minute of the match. After having played for 7 minutes, Viktor Leonchenko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lingfield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viktor Leonchenko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Artem Korotkov in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Venedikt Konstantinov saved Kocaelispor from getting behind. A collision led to Lingfield getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Mikhail Agafonov hit a great ball. Semen Zaitsev, 14 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Artem Korotkov in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Venedikt Konstantinov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Kocaelispor's Ivan Kabachnik got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Oleg Kuzmin might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maksim Chizhevskiy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oleg Kuzmin ran back to his position shaking his head. Kocaelispor's Oleg Kuzmin got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Viktor Leonchenko took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Venedikt Konstantinov. Venedikt Konstantinov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Viktor Leonchenko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venedikt Konstantinov having to interfere. Artem Korotkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 43 minutes into the game, Semen Zaitsev was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kocaelispor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lingfield the free kick. Venedikt Konstantinov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artem Korotkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oleg Kuzmin made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Lingfield's goal looked a bit too open when Oleg Kuzmin came free, but Maksim Chizhevskiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, Artem Korotkov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Venedikt Konstantinov. Artem Korotkov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. The supporters of Kocaelispor booed when Lingfield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikhail Agafonov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute, Igor Kalashnikov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maksim Chizhevskiy was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Oleg Kuzmin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oleg Kuzmin struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Maksim Chizhevskiy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kocaelispor. Artem Korotkov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venedikt Konstantinov having to interfere. Venedikt Konstantinov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artem Korotkov in the 81st minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Kocaelispor's goal looked a bit too open when Artem Korotkov came free, but Venedikt Konstantinov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artem Korotkov might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Venedikt Konstantinov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Artem Korotkov ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 96thth minute of the game Oleg Kuzmin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lingfield's Maksim Chizhevskiy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lingfield's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
