Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Atidatta Irani started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Sateesh Dambria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute, Anava Mehra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Atidatta Irani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Prabha Vaidya during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Bombay Brats booed when Stamford City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prabha Vaidya didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anava Mehra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alipriya Malhan having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Anava Mehra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stamford City's supporters rose to their feet, but Anava Mehra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alipriya Malhan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Avita Arakoni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Atidatta Irani's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Atidatta Irani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avita Arakoni having to interfere. In the 36th minute of the match Anantadeva Kamle sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alipriya Malhan skillfully saved the ball. The attack was good, but when Krpanaka Virk in the 42nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Atidatta Irani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

Avita Arakoni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atidatta Irani in the 55th minute of play. Akshey Chahal hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Atima Dasgupta kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 66th minute of the match Cunda Cheema shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Avita Arakoni showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Duddu Japra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stamford City's Avita Arakoni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atidatta Irani in the 75th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Stamford City's zone, Atidatta Irani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Avita Arakoni came out of the goal and Atidatta Irani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Krpanaka Virk was extremely unlucky when he, in the 79th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 85 minutes into the game, Bombay Brats's Krpanaka Virk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Avita Arakoni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 89th match minute, Bombay Brats was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apurva Jethani to maneuver through the defense. Duddu Japra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Krpanaka Virk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Avita Arakoni made a huge save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Bombay Brats had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
