Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Heybridge Basin AFC's zone, Agnibahu Hira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ksitibhuj Thakkar came out of the goal and Agnibahu Hira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sachman Swamy hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Hiral Bhangu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Ditaujas Sarkar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ryker's zone, Abhiru Pujari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ditaujas Sarkar came out of the goal and Abhiru Pujari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 14th minute Abhiru Pujari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ditaujas Sarkar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ryker's Ditaujas Sarkar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hiral Bhangu in the 17th minute of play. If Anuhu Bhutia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ksitibhuj Thakkar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Atimanita Desai in the 23rd minute. Ksitibhuj Thakkar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agnibahu Hira in the 24th minute of the match. Abhiru Pujari blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ditaujas Sarkar having to make a save. Ksitibhuj Thakkar was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Abhiru Hira. Ditaujas Sarkar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abhiru Pujari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the game, Ajina Lally was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ryker's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Heybridge Basin AFC the free kick. After 40 played minutes Ryker got a freekick which was hit by Ajina Lally. Abhiru Pujari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ditaujas Sarkar having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Agnibahu Hira made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Heybridge Basin AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Atimanita Desai came free, but Ksitibhuj Thakkar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atimanita Desai in the 53rd minute of play forced Heybridge Basin AFC's goalkeeper Ksitibhuj Thakkar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agnibahu Hira took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ksitibhuj Thakkar. Ksitibhuj Thakkar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Heybridge Basin AFC's Abhiru Pujari got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Agnibahu Hira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ksitibhuj Thakkar was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Ditaujas Sarkar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abhiru Pujari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agnibahu Hira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Ksitibhuj Thakkar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 78 minutes, Atimanita Desai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ryker's supporters crossed their fingers, but Atimanita Desai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute, Hiral Bhangu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Hiral Bhangu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ryker's Agnibahu Hira got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ryker were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Heybridge Basin AFC for a fine match.
