If Vaani Malhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Anukula Sran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinesh Dosanjh in the 10th minute of play. In the 20th match minute, Tavistock was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aparthiva Ahuja to maneuver through the defense. If Aparthiva Ahuja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 23rd minute, Vaani Malhan made a precise shot to the right of Anukula Sran. Tavistock's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After some careless play in the Tavistock defense, Vaani Malhan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anukula Sran. The Tavistock fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anukula Sran should have stopped the shot. Anukula Sran didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Souvik super team's Vaani Malhan shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. The Tavistock fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Tavistock's Aparthiva Ahuja looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Dinesh Dosanjh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 45th minute Aparthiva Ahuja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Suraj Marak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anasin Shetty to strike the kick off in the second half. Aparthiva Ahuja struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Suraj Marak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tavistock. After 56 played minutes Souvik super team got a freekick which was hit by Ganpat Deol. An unexpected shot in the 60th minute by Aparthiva Ahuja got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a rather tough play, Souvik super team's Dinesh Dosanjh got a free kick in the 62nd minute. If Vaani Malhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute Vaani Malhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anukula Sran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anukula Sran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vaani Malhan in the 69th minute of play. Tavistock's Aparthiva Ahuja got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anasin Shetty received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Suraj Marak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Souvik super team's goal looked a bit too open when Aparthiva Ahuja came free, but Suraj Marak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Suraj Marak acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 77th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Kakubjaya Barn. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aparthiva Ahuja in the 78th minute of play forced Souvik super team's goalkeeper Suraj Marak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adambara Pant scored 4-2 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anukula Sran, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anukula Sran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinesh Dosanjh in the 86th minute of play. Suraj Marak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aparthiva Ahuja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Souvik super team fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tavistock had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
