Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Chajju Lell took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute, Devasura Sethi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute, Ayutayu Bisla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pirton FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Jalasa Warwaha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chajju Lell's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Akra Kumar made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Angabhu Sangma sent off a good shot on target. 15 minutes into the game, Nim Salve was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pirton FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Newton Heath FC the free kick. Nim Salve kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. A collision led to Pirton FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Apratirupa Rai hit a great ball. Candrata Sanghera, 17 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Angabhu Sangma came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Newton Heath FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angabhu Sangma couldn't finish the play. When Ayutayu Bisla came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Pirton FC fans jumped to their feet. In the 30thth minute of the game Chajju Lell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Newton Heath FC's Jalasa Warwaha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Newton Heath FC booed when Pirton FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apratirupa Rai didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Angabhu Sangma got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-1. 40 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chajju Lell in the 44th minute of play forced Newton Heath FC's goalkeeper Jalasa Warwaha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jalasa Warwaha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chajju Lell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dvarakadasa Aujla to strike the kick off in the second half. Akra Kumar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angabhu Sangma in the 54th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kamalabuddhi Dey during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pirton FC! Angabhu Sangma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akra Kumar having to interfere. Dvarakadasa Aujla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Newton Heath FC's Angabhu Sangma got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 66th minute, Chajju Lell fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Chajju Lell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jalasa Warwaha having to interfere. Chajju Lell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th match minute, Pirton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Govindarajulu Pradhan to maneuver through the defense. Newton Heath FC's Candrata Sanghera couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 76th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pirton FC. In the 78th minute, Angabhu Sangma left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Newton Heath FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 82nd minute of the match Rajinderjeet Sangma shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Akra Kumar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dvarakadasa Aujla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Akra Kumar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Akra Kumar came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Newton Heath FC's Dvarakadasa Aujla. But to his dismay, Dvarakadasa Aujla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dvarakadasa Aujla in the 92nd minute of play forced Pirton FC's goalkeeper Akra Kumar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chajju Lell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Jalasa Warwaha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Newton Heath FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Pirton FC for a fine match.
