Nitit Hongthong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Phanlop Boonjit, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. A collision led to Ban Tea getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Narinsak Chanhom hit a great ball. Wannawit Nulthaisong's late challenge caught a Ban Tea's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Ban Tea's zone, Wijai Mingmuang stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nitit Hongthong came out of the goal and Wijai Mingmuang tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Ban Chiang Klang's Thongdee Samran got a free kick in the 81st minute. When Jakkavut Juiruke came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Ban Chiang Klang fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jakkavut Juiruke couldn't finish the play. Jamroon Charoenpol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Nitit Hongthong tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wijai Mingmuang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute.
