The referee ignored Chiang Mai Football Club's protests and gave Eknarin Monvises a yellow card for diving instead. Bunpathip Lumjung showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tawat Chaiprakhon, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. The Chiang Mai Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paiboon Phatthanasing should have stopped the shot. In the 86th match minute, Chiang Mai Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pinthusorn Kheangraeng to maneuver through the defense. Paiboon Phatthanasing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ritthikorn Phenjan in the 87th minute of the match. After 89 minutes of play, Mae La Luang's Samanan Wongtongdee made it 11-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paiboon Phatthanasing was left in no man's land by his defense there! Noppadech Sangsoon kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
