Datuk Bawazier was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 4 minutes into the match. 3 minutes into the game, one of PSS Langkap:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Parapotang FC a penalty, 6 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marzuki Christiawan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of PSS Langkap's Khaidir Supendi. 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Henky Mandagi managed to get in a good position for a shot. PSS Langkap's supporters rose to their feet, but Henky Mandagi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uu Ardisuta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Katon Sinurat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute Dodik Pandelaki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khaidir Supendi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Khaidir Supendi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tintus Setiana in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dodik Pandelaki in the 22nd minute of play forced PSS Langkap's goalkeeper Khaidir Supendi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Panda Daulay during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th minute, Panda Daulay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tintus Setiana in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Khaidir Supendi saved PSS Langkap from getting behind. When Dodik Pandelaki came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Parapotang FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dodik Pandelaki couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Henky Mandagi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Khaidir Supendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tintus Setiana in the 37th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in PSS Langkap's zone, Tintus Setiana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Khaidir Supendi came out of the goal and Tintus Setiana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tintus Setiana in the 44th minute of play forced PSS Langkap's goalkeeper Khaidir Supendi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

I Nyoman Mustamu kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. A hard shot by Marzuki Christiawan from long distance, 53 minutes into the match, got Khaidir Supendi's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Parapotang FC's Leo Pane suffered a sore thigh after 54 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yudha Karnawan during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Henky Mandagi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the match, Henky Mandagi notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Parapotang FC's Uu Ardisuta. Uu Ardisuta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Aga Sirait had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Katon Sinurat hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the match, PSS Langkap's goalkeeper Khaidir Supendi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dodik Pandelaki. If Dodik Pandelaki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aga Sirait sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henky Mandagi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uu Ardisuta having to interfere.
