Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Phan Phu made the kick off which started today's match. 6 minutes into the game, Hoàng Viet was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. NMT's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chealse the free kick. In the 6th match minute, NMT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hoàng Viet to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute of the match Lê Nghiêm-Minh sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nguyễn Duong skillfully saved the ball. Nguyễn Chuong recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Nguyễn Chuong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute, Trương Bay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nguyễn Chuong in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nguyễn Duong, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Phan Phu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nguyễn Duong having to interfere. NMT's Nguyễn Duong proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save NMT from getting a goal against them. Nguyễn Chuong's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Nguyễn Duong skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to NMT getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Trương Bay hit a great ball. NMT's Nguyễn Duong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nguyễn Loc in the 29th minute of play. After 33 minutes of play, NMT's Triệu Lien made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Liễu Minh Phượng was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 36th minute Triệu Lien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liễu Minh Phượng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Chealse's zone, Triệu Lien stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Liễu Minh Phượng came out of the goal and Triệu Lien tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Liễu Minh Phượng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Huỳnh Lien in the 42nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Huỳnh Lien in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Liễu Minh Phượng prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nguyễn Duong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Phan Phu in the 48th minute of play. After the first half NMT were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Huỳnh Lien stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes NMT got a freekick which was hit by Lê Hieu Ngan. After a defensive mix-up in NMT's zone, Nguyễn Chuong stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nguyễn Duong came out of the goal and Nguyễn Chuong tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chealse's goalkeeper Liễu Minh Phượng, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Huỳnh Lien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Nguyễn Chuong's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nguyễn Duong was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. When Chealse's Nguyễn Chuong in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye NMT's goalie prevented a goal. In the 68th minute, Nguyễn Chuong left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chealse fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The supporters of NMT booed when Chealse was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nguyễn Loc didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute, Nguyễn Chuong ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nguyễn Duong was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. If Phan Phu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nguyễn Duong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nguyễn Chuong in the 87th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, NMT's goal looked a bit too open when Phan Phu came free, but Nguyễn Duong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th match minute, NMT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hoàng Viet to maneuver through the defense. Nguyễn Duong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Phan Phu in the 92nd minute of the match. Nguyễn Duong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nguyễn Chuong in the 94th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Chealse had won after a very even match.
