Trần Tinh was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Trần Tuyet in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Trần Hoang prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Szymon Paciuszko came free with the goalkeeper in the 42nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Trần Tinh could save by the left post. After having played for 46 minutes, Trần Tuyet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Binh Phuoc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Trần Tuyet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Szymon Paciuszko was the one to do the kick off. 66 minutes into the match, Huỳnh Cuc dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Trần Hoang, 1-3. Trần Tinh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Szymon Paciuszko in the 76th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Saigon Kick's zone, Huỳnh Cuc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Trần Hoang came out of the goal and Huỳnh Cuc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The attack was good, but when Trần Tuyet in the 80th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. A collision led to Saigon Kick getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Szymon Paciuszko hit a great ball. If Lê Thuy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nguyễn Thuyet kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Binh Phuoc left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Saigon Kick.
