If Mark Abdul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Prime Vijiaratnam was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 22nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 24th minute, Kingswood FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dale Mathews fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Darryl Pillai fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kingswood FC's protests and gave Darryl Pillai a yellow card for diving instead. Dale Mathews sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hafriz Soon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dale Mathews in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bakar Tian saved Kingswood FC from getting behind. Hafriz Soon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Bakar Tian when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Bakar Tian successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Leconfield getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Zack Chai hit a great ball. Daniz Swee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Shahron Lim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

51 minutes into the match, Mark Abdul had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Shahron Lim. Leconfield's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mark Abdul was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. With his leg Shahron Lim managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Kingswood FC's Mark Abdul fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dale Mathews received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Bakar Tian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hafriz Soon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th match minute, Kingswood FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darryl Pillai to maneuver through the defense. Hafriz Soon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bakar Tian having to make a save. Hafriz Soon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute, Shahron Leng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Azly Wenyong was shown his second yellow card after 82 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Kingswood FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Azly Wenyong hit a great ball. Mark Abdul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kingswood FC's Bakar Tian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dale Mathews in the 90th minute of play. If Mark Abdul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mark Abdul in the 95thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Shahron Lim, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kingswood FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
