Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Asiz Pillai took the kick off in the first half of the match. Howden United's Alam Politiek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Lum in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Ang Chong made a precise shot to the right of Alam Politiek. Howden United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Howden United's Alam Politiek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fariz Hongyi in the 10th minute of play. Alam Politiek came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Abbay Wood United's Ang Chong. But to his dismay, Ang Chong quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Alam Politiek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Lum, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Ang Chong blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alam Politiek having to make a save. Victor Lum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alam Politiek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ang Chong went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asiz Pillai in the 34th minute of play forced Abbay Wood United's goalkeeper Asiz Lim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Haziq Cheng came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Abbay Wood United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haziq Cheng couldn't finish the play. In the 40th minute, Howden United's Azam Sum ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Asiz Lim. Asiz Lim yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. In the 46th minute Fariz Hongyi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alam Politiek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victor Lum to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Darryl Abdul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asiz Lim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Asiz Pillai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Howden United's supporters rose to their feet, but Asiz Pillai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Asiz Lim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute, Asiz Pillai left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Howden United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Azam Sum managed to get in a good position for a shot. Howden United's supporters rose to their feet, but Azam Sum was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Asiz Lim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 64th minute, Asiz Pillai left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Howden United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. In a very dangerous position, a player in Howden United fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! Victor Lum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 75 played minutes Howden United got a freekick which was hit by Azam Sum. Alam Politiek made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Fariz Hongyi sent off a good shot on target. In the 80th minute, Asiz Pillai ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Asiz Lim was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-4. Abbay Wood United's Asiz Lim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asiz Pillai in the 86th minute of play. Asiz Lim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danial Lim in the 87th minute of play. After 88 minutes, Ang Chong mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Abbay Wood United and the Howden United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th minute, Ang Chong hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Asiz Pillai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Asiz Lim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abbay Wood United's Asiz Lim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asiz Pillai in the 92nd minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Prime Lum got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Asiz Pillai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Howden United's supporters rose to their feet, but Asiz Pillai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Asiz Lim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alam Politiek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Lum in the 97th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
