Asiz Lim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Azly Yi-Sheng's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. After 37 minutes, Zafran Chan made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Abbay Wood United's Asiz Lim tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Abbay Wood United's Asiz Lim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Abbay Wood United from getting a goal against them. In the 43rd minute, Abbay Wood United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Zafran Chan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Darryl Pillai stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Albert Chian left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jester Monkeys fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Abbay Wood United's Asiz Lim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Chian in the 62nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Jester Monkeys's zone, Victor Lum stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anil Politiek came out of the goal and Victor Lum tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 92 minutes, Zafran Chan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jester Monkeys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zafran Chan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Azly Yi-Sheng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zafran Chan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
