The referee ignored Eston AFC's protests and gave Virgilio Garvida a yellow card for diving instead. The audience was convinced that Guadalupe Lumungsod's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ernie Rabaca was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jennix Tizon to make the kick off. After 53 minutes of play Eston AFC's Virgilio Garvida was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Virgilio Garvida kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After 56 minutes, Ponyong Galam mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eston AFC and the Mofutya players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Eston AFC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ponyong Galam hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, Mofutya's goalkeeper Ernie Rabaca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guadalupe Lumungsod. Jennix Tizon kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. When Ponyong Galam was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 69 minutes had been played. Ponyong Galam kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Howard Pecson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ernie Rabaca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Mofutya's goal looked a bit too open when Howard Pecson came free, but Ernie Rabaca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nataniel Masibay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernie Rabaca having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Mofutya's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Charlie Paulin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Eston AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
