Sidney Tulabing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albert Castor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ponyong Galam's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. A collision led to Watlington FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Heriberto Gosoc hit a great ball. Hubert Macapulay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Padi Ariel having to make a save. Guadalupe Lumungsod fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Castor having to interfere. After 19 played minutes Eston AFC got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Garvida. Nataniel Masibay hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Watlington FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guadalupe Lumungsod came free, but Albert Castor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Eston AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hubert Macapulay fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ponyong Galam took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Albert Castor. Albert Castor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Guadalupe Lumungsod came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Eston AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guadalupe Lumungsod couldn't finish the play. Watlington FC's Albert Castor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ponyong Galam in the 34th minute of play. After 36 minutes, Nataniel Masibay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eston AFC and the Watlington FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nataniel Masibay hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Heriberto Gosoc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Padi Ariel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Padi Ariel came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Watlington FC's Hubert Macapulay. But to his dismay, Hubert Macapulay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Bartolome Niguidula kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After 49 played minutes, Eston AFC's Nataniel Masibay shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Albert Castor came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Eston AFC reached it. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sidney Tulabing stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Watlington FC's Albert Castor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ponyong Galam in the 55th minute of play. Albert Castor came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Eston AFC's Guadalupe Lumungsod. But to his dismay, Guadalupe Lumungsod quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Guadalupe Lumungsod sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Hubert Macapulay came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Watlington FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hubert Macapulay couldn't finish the play. Hubert Macapulay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Padi Ariel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Theodore Guanlao took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Padi Ariel. Eston AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, Watlington FC's Sidney Tulabing nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Padi Ariel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After a rather tough play, Watlington FC's Henriqua Jumawan got a free kick in the 78th minute. Padi Ariel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubert Macapulay in the 87th minute of play. Guadalupe Lumungsod fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Castor having to interfere. The supporters of Watlington FC booed when Eston AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ponyong Galam didn't get a good kick on the ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
