Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ramil Rosillo charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramil Rosillo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Napakatalino NRH booed when Grays AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramil Rosillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Willard Quetua came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Napakatalino NRH's Ponyong Galacio. But to his dismay, Ponyong Galacio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 12th minute, Ponyong Galacio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Willard Quetua was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Willard Quetua made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Ponyong Galacio sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ponyong Galacio in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Willard Quetua prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 34th minute, Noli Gutilban got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Calvin Palugod fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willard Quetua having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Ramil Rosillo made the kick off in the second half. Steve Kahid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willard Quetua having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ponyong Galacio in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Willard Quetua prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Ponyong Galacio came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Napakatalino NRH fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ponyong Galacio couldn't finish the play. Napakatalino NRH's Noli Gutilban got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Willard Quetua took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Noli Gutilban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 played minutes Napakatalino NRH got a freekick which was hit by Ponyong Galacio. Willard Quetua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ponyong Galacio in the 72nd minute of play. Noli Gutilban struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Willard Quetua didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Napakatalino NRH. After some careless play in the Grays AFC defense, Ponyong Galacio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Willard Quetua. The Grays AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Willard Quetua should have stopped the shot. In the 77th match minute, Napakatalino NRH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ponyong Galacio to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute Noli Gutilban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willard Quetua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ponyong Galacio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Willard Quetua read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. In the 86th match minute, Napakatalino NRH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calvin Palugod to maneuver through the defense. Calvin Palugod kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. If Ponyong Galacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 97 minutes into the match, Napakatalino NRH's Ponyong Galacio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Willard Quetua narrowly saved just below the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Napakatalino NRH had played much better football throughout.
