Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) When Kompos Budiarto came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Varan FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kompos Budiarto couldn't finish the play. Widodo Martin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sipiongot Arbi, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After 10 minutes, Dian Sarwanto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kashiwa Reysol and the Varan FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Kashiwa Reysol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dian Sarwanto to maneuver through the defense. Widodo Martin came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Varan FC's Sipiongot Arbi. But to his dismay, Sipiongot Arbi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Widodo Martin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Micky Sugendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the game, one of Kashiwa Reysol:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Mulyana Romatua managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kashiwa Reysol's supporters rose to their feet, but Mulyana Romatua was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Steve Sitorus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Kashiwa Reysol getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Ichwan Kooth hit a great ball. Widodo Martin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Micky Sugendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute, Micky Sugendo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Widodo Martin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 37th minute, Uum Perangin-angin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Widodo Martin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Micky Sugendo in the 38th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Varan FC's Sipiongot Arbi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mulyana Romatua to make the kick off. If Micky Sugendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Widodo Martin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferry Waluyo in the 74th minute. Widodo Martin made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Uum Perangin-angin sent off a good shot on target. Varan FC's Kompos Budiarto got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Varan FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mulyana Romatua came free, but Steve Sitorus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Widodo Martin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kompos Budiarto in the 82nd minute of the match. Kompos Budiarto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kashiwa Reysol's Widodo Martin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kompos Budiarto in the 91st minute of play. Micky Sugendo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Widodo Martin made a huge save.
