In the 17thth minute of the game Yahya Fitriansyah who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pintoebosi FC's Hastomo Ginting was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Alan Sugendo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pintoebosi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alan Sugendo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jakob Sinuraya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A hard shot by Fadh Sipayung from long distance, 23 minutes into the match, got Jakob Sinuraya's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. With his leg Jakob Sinuraya managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Pintoebosi FC's Leonard Piliang fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Leonard Piliang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jakob Sinuraya having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alan Sugendo in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jakob Sinuraya saved PSP Gupakan from getting behind. Alan Sugendo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 39 minutes PSP Gupakan's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rochy Sembiring who took care of the corner kick. In the 45th minute, Yahya Fitriansyah made a precise shot to the right of Hastomo Ginting. Pintoebosi FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yahya Fitriansyah was the one to do the kick off. Djati Ginting recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pintoebosi FC's Hastomo Ginting played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yahya Fitriansyah in the 54th minute of play. After 54 minutes, Dewa Haryanto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pintoebosi FC and the PSP Gupakan players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pintoebosi FC's Dewa Haryanto got a free kick in the 55th minute. Hastomo Ginting made an important save on a dangerous shot by Djati Ginting in the 56th minute. In the 63rd minute of the match Joko Budikusuma shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hastomo Ginting showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Yahya Fitriansyah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hastomo Ginting made an important save on a dangerous shot by Djati Ginting in the 67th minute. Yahya Fitriansyah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Leonard Subagdja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Djati Ginting received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Hastomo Ginting tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when PSP Gupakan's Yahya Fitriansyah in the 89th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Hastomo Ginting was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Pintoebosi FC through an amazing save. Leonard Piliang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Jakob Sinuraya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
