After 18 minutes of play, 湖南岳阳红人俱乐部队's 卓磊坚 made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 庞政潮 was left in no man's land by his defense there! If 叶翀延 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. Post out! 杜谦兴 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 周真桑, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 于益诚 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that 马泉镇's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 庞政潮 was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 75th minute of the match, 于益诚 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but 杜谦兴 saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 76th match minute, 海南党项游骑兵 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 袁晨峰 to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, 卓磊坚 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 湖南岳阳红人俱乐部队's supporters rose to their feet, but 卓磊坚 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 庞政潮 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
