In the 30th minute, 汪镇洲 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 卓傲天 might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 柳沙瑜. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 卓傲天 ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, 柯霆坚 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 福建莆田电驴俱乐部队's supporters rose to their feet, but 柯霆坚 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 洪邦南 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, 湖南常德隐士代表队's 崔桑青 got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute of the match 范康桦 shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 洪邦南 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If 任乐泉 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The 福建莆田电驴俱乐部队 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. 湖南常德隐士代表队 were winning 0-1.

When 任乐泉 was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 57 minutes had been played. If 杜诚思 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 柯霆坚 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 柯霆坚 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. 洪邦南 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 杜诚思 in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 洪邦南 saved 湖南常德隐士代表队 from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when 卓傲天 got free with 柳沙瑜 in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to 福建莆田电驴俱乐部队 getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. 龙建宇 hit a great ball. A hard shot by 崔桑青 from long distance, 89 minutes into the match, got 柳沙瑜's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 柳沙瑜 made an important save on a dangerous shot by 卓傲天 in the 96th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. 湖南常德隐士代表队 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
