An unexpectedly hard shot by 巩国泉 in the 22nd minute of play forced 宁夏吴忠狼蛛队's goalkeeper 范南荣 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 范南荣 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 杜迅海, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The nice shot from 梅斌明 in the 24thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but 曾远震 had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. 26 minutes into the match, 广西梧's goalkeeper 曾远震 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 乔轩寒. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 巩国泉 made a kick off.
