Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Loyd Stevenson started the match with the kick off. If Kane Bailey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lorimer Weeks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kane Bailey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kane Bailey struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Lorimer Weeks didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Severnlea. After 11 played minutes Magpies got a freekick which was hit by Randle Sinden. After recieving a nice pass, Severnlea's Brand Lawrence tried to score from far away in the 12th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Lorimer Weeks stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brad Benson's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Kane Bailey struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Lorimer Weeks didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Severnlea. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kane Bailey in the 22nd minute of play forced Magpies's goalkeeper Lorimer Weeks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brad Benson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorimer Weeks having to interfere. Magpies's Lorimer Weeks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brad Benson in the 25th minute of play. Bruno Giddey kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Brad Benson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lorimer Weeks read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Magpies's Lorimer Weeks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kane Bailey in the 40th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Bart Aistrope hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Loyd Stevenson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Kane Bailey made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Magpies's Randle Sinden got a free kick in the 51st minute. If Brad Benson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Brad Benson sped through Magpies's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lorimer Weeks. Brad Benson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Lorimer Weeks tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brad Benson scored 0-2 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lorimer Weeks, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 66th minute, Brad Benson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Magpies getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Edwardo Rafferty hit a great ball. Magpies's Lorimer Weeks proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Magpies from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Severnlea defense, Loyd Stevenson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Myles Moorby. The Severnlea fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Myles Moorby should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loyd Stevenson in the 78th minute of play forced Severnlea's goalkeeper Myles Moorby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Myles Moorby took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenneth Maunsell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Severnlea's zone, Kenneth Maunsell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Myles Moorby came out of the goal and Kenneth Maunsell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Magpies booed when Severnlea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Giddey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Magpies's attack was well implemented in the 86th minute, but when Loyd Stevenson was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. After some careless play in the Severnlea defense, Kenneth Maunsell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Myles Moorby. The Severnlea fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Myles Moorby should have stopped the shot. 96 minutes into the game, Kane Bailey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Severnlea's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Magpies the free kick. Kane Bailey kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Magpies succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Severnlea had controlled the match.
