Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Lawrance Dearn started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bindle! After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Brice Locke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brombin's supporters rose to their feet, but Brice Locke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dugald Kepert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute Lawrance Dearn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dugald Kepert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lawrance Dearn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Dugald Kepert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lorimer Coldicutt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Brombin fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when Brombin's Brice Locke looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With his leg Dugald Kepert managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Brombin's Brice Locke fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bindle's Dugald Kepert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lawrance Dearn in the 42nd minute of play. Dugald Kepert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lawrance Dearn in the 43rd minute of play. The supporters of Brombin booed when Bindle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irwin Wenham didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Irwin Wenham hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lorimer Coldicutt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Brombin's Brice Locke got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lorimer Coldicutt was extremely unlucky when he, in the 58th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. James Jeffress took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorimer Coldicutt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 65 minutes into the match, Bindle's goal looked a bit too open when Lawrance Dearn came free, but Dugald Kepert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Lawrance Dearn left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brombin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorimer Coldicutt in the 71st minute of play forced Brombin's goalkeeper James Jeffress to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, Roland Burton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Remy Warren sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because James Jeffress threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Remy Warren this time. Bindle's Lorimer Coldicutt got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tom Kennewell hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. If Lawrance Dearn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dugald Kepert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lawrance Dearn in the 94th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Brombin had won after a very even match.
