The supporters of Tayene booed when Wundaru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Earl Byrnes didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Earl Byrnes in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Best Renney saved Tayene from getting behind. 7 minutes into the game, Jervis Durbridge was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tayene's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wundaru the free kick. The supporters of Wundaru booed when Tayene was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jervis Durbridge didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Earl Byrnes in the 12th minute of play forced Tayene's goalkeeper Best Renney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bart Devere recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute of the match Biddle Bowen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Best Renney skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Earl Byrnes in the 19th minute of play forced Tayene's goalkeeper Best Renney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Best Renney showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damon Dalglish in the 21st minute of the match. Best Renney took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Archie Mogork, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute Bleyd Miller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Best Renney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th match minute, Tayene was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bart Devere to maneuver through the defense. Benard Rowdon hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After 29 played minutes, Wundaru's Angelo Huther shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Best Renney came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wundaru reached it. 32 minutes into the match, Tayene's goal looked a bit too open when Cassidy White came free, but Best Renney reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bart Devere scored 1-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carter Gwin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Burtt Crawford kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th minute of the match Angelo Huther sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Best Renney skillfully saved the ball. Best Renney made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damon Dalglish in the 39th minute of play. Carter Gwin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bart Devere, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Tayene were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Wundaru's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bart Devere took the corner. In the 44th match minute, Tayene was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Burtt Crawford to maneuver through the defense. Raleigh Mccarthy kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Angelo Huther took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Best Renney. Tayene's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Bleyd Miller in the 54th minute of play forced Tayene's goalkeeper Best Renney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bart Devere kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After 57 played minutes Tayene got a freekick which was hit by Burtt Crawford. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evan Mapps in the 60th minute of play forced Tayene's goalkeeper Best Renney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bart Devere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carter Gwin having to interfere. If Raleigh Mccarthy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the last second Best Renney throw himself and got hold of the ball when Earl Byrnes in the 66thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Bart Devere recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st minute Earl Byrnes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Best Renney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tayene's Jervis Durbridge got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Best Renney showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Earl Byrnes, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Best Renney showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damon Dalglish in the 76th minute of the match. When Bart Devere came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Tayene fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bart Devere couldn't finish the play. Tayene's Best Renney proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Tayene from getting a goal against them. Best Renney made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Damon Dalglish sent off a good shot on target. Best Renney made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bleyd Miller in the 94th minute of play. In the 96th minute, Cassidy White made a precise shot to the right of Best Renney. Tayene's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
