Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Carman Sobczak was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bradshaw Mckinnes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. The supporters of Blackwall booed when Tooligie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irving Wenham didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carman Sobczak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bradshaw Mckinnes in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, James Fordham left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blackwall fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Edison Tout stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of James Fordham's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Tooligie's zone, James Fordham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edison Tout came out of the goal and James Fordham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. James Fordham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Edison Tout tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carman Sobczak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bradshaw Mckinnes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Blackwall were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The wind increased when James Fordham made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Tooligie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Gronow to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by James Fordham in the 53rd minute of play forced Tooligie's goalkeeper Edison Tout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Tooligie getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Downing Kurth hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 55th minute by Boyd Boyd got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If James Fordham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Boyd Boyds short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Edison Tout to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 63rd minute James Fordham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edison Tout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute, Jeremy Matthes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. James Fordham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Edison Tout tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Tooligie's goal looked a bit too open when James Fordham came free, but Edison Tout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If James Fordham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Humphrey Cowdell charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Humphrey Cowdell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Blackwall getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Humphrey Cowdell hit a great ball. Boyd Boyd in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edison Tout, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd rose to their feet as James Fordham kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edison Tout. That made the score 2-3 in the 82 minute of play. Edison Tout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from James Fordham in the 88th minute of the match. When Kenneth Busst fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tooligie's protests and gave Kenneth Busst a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Blackwall booed when Tooligie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kenneth Busst didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute James Fordham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edison Tout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 95 minutes, James Fordham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blackwall's supporters crossed their fingers, but James Fordham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Blackwall had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
