Collinsville's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Boyd Mclatchey might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Berke Hess. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mark Belford showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthew Sperling in the 15th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ringo Heys got free with Mark Belford in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Berke Hess made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Meyer Leach in the 21st minute of play. Meyer Leach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Berke Hess tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Meyer Leach took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Berke Hess. Berke Hess dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 33 minutes into the match, Collinsville's goal looked a bit too open when Meyer Leach came free, but Berke Hess reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matthew Sperling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Mark Belford tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Red Bull London's Boyd Shipp got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 38thth minute of the game Matthew Sperling who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Red Bull London's Mark Belford was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bray Rishton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Berke Hess tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Ringo Heys managed to get in a good position for a shot. Collinsville's supporters rose to their feet, but Ringo Heys was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mark Belford breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 42 minutes, Ringo Heys managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Collinsville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ringo Heys was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Matthew Sperling to make the kick off. The supporters of Collinsville booed when Red Bull London was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boyd Shipp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Collinsville's Matthew Sperling got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Bray Rishton made a precise shot to the right of Berke Hess. Collinsville's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Mark Belford made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthew Sperling in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Bern Dearn was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Collinsville's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Red Bull London the free kick. 69 minutes into the game, one of Collinsville:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Matthew Sperling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mark Belford having to interfere. If Matthew Sperling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ringo Heys's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mark Belford read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. A collision led to Collinsville getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Ringo Stafford hit a great ball. With his leg Berke Hess managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when Red Bull London's Bray Rishton fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 85 minutes into the game, Meyer Leach recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Berke Hess. Meyer Leach showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. After having played for 96 minutes, Ringo Heys managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Collinsville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ringo Heys was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mark Belford showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthew Sperling, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Red Bull London had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
