Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jancourt's Edison Phasey started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Edison Phasey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jancourt's supporters rose to their feet, but Edison Phasey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Price breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Beachlands FC's Edmonds Calver got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Russel Hanslow hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. If Edmonds Calver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dale Benson lost his temper 17 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 17th minute, one of Jancourt:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Jancourt. Lorimer Gannan went to the wrong direction when Barnes Wal was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Jerrard Keam's late challenge caught a Beachlands FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jerrard Keam helped the player get up and apologised. Jerrard Keam hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. When Cassidy Howarth fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Beachlands FC's protests and gave Cassidy Howarth a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th minute, Cassidy Howarth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lorimer Gannan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmonds Calver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Jancourt fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Jancourt's Zackery Mills looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dante Fortington could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Marco Price made a huge save. Bryden Ziliotto charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bryden Ziliotto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bryden Ziliotto kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Beachlands FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Larkins Warren was slow to take the kick. During this time Jancourt's players had a chance to rest. After 59 minutes, Jason Haydock mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beachlands FC and the Jancourt players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 59 played minutes Beachlands FC got a freekick which was hit by Jason Haydock. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmonds Calver got free with Lorimer Gannan in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edmonds Calver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
