The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Russ Goucher during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Russ Goucher hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. If Connor Tevelien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 8th minute, Alvin Dalglish got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jessop Phasey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bran Beverley in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Antwerp's goalkeeper Thomas Mccarthy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Norman Algoud. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bran Beverley in the 20th minute of play forced Stockleigsh's goalkeeper Jessop Phasey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Stockleigsh's Eliot Bodimeade got a free kick in the 26th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Archie Hollis during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Archie Hollis kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Bran Beverley's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jessop Phasey was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Thomas Mccarthy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Connor Tevelien, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. If Doyle Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Doyle Alves in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jessop Phasey, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Dugald Flisfeder hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Antwerp's Berke Haslett couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 56th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Stockleigsh. When Stockleigsh's Connor Tevelien in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Antwerp's goalie prevented a goal. In the 66th minute, Berke Haslett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Doyle Alves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Jessop Phasey made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Antwerp's Clay Grandison got a free kick in the 76th minute. Alvin Dalglish hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, Connor Tevelien got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 83 played minutes Antwerp got a freekick which was hit by Arnie Nunn. George Smoothey made in the 87th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Stockleigsh's Brockman Lord. An unexpectedly hard shot by Connor Tevelien in the 88th minute of play forced Antwerp's goalkeeper Thomas Mccarthy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 89 minutes, Brockman Lord managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stockleigsh's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brockman Lord was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Dakota Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute, Connor Tevelien ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thomas Mccarthy was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Stockleigsh walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
