Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Keefer Turnbull fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Brennand having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Keefer Turnbull in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brian Brennand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 8 played minutes Don Osvaldo FC got a freekick which was hit by Art Obree. A collision led to Don Osvaldo FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Emilio Luken hit a great ball. Alberto Hickman was extremely unlucky when he, in the 13th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 16th minute Keefer Turnbull shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Brennand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Don Osvaldo FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alberto Hickman fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 20 minutes into the game, Keefer Turnbull cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Brian Brennand was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Don Osvaldo FC's Bodo Rudwaleit got control of the ball when Barnett Collins tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th minute, Keefer Turnbull made a precise shot to the right of Brian Brennand. Adelaide's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After having played for 29 minutes, Alberto Hickman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Adelaide's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Hickman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Brian Brennand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keefer Turnbull, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Barnett Collins could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Bodo Rudwaleit made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cole Willis in the 43rd minute of play forced Adelaide's goalkeeper Brian Brennand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Keefer Turnbull made a kick off. In a very dangerous position, a player in Don Osvaldo FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! Alberto Hickman walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 56th match minute, Adelaide was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clark Markwell to maneuver through the defense. Don Osvaldo FC's Art Obree shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 57th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Brian Brennand but with some difficulty. After 62 played minutes Don Osvaldo FC got a freekick which was hit by Ritchie Obis. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Hickman in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bodo Rudwaleit prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benny Chamberlain charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benny Chamberlain the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 66 played minutes Adelaide got a freekick which was hit by Benny Chamberlain. In the 68th minute, Ritchie Obis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cole Willis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute, Keefer Turnbull left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Don Osvaldo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. If Barnett Collins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Broderick Todman kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Keefer Turnbull got free with Brian Brennand in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Don Osvaldo FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
